Are you the resident chalk monster at your local CrossFit box?

We are here to give you the answers to all your sweaty problems,

Which CrossFit grips are right for you and your sweaty hands?

CrossFit Grips for Sweaty Hands

First off, you are going to want to stare clear of carbon and leather grip options.

Carbon Coated grips will be less absorbent and prone to slippage when you get sweat between the surface of your grip and the bar, this is more common due to the nature of this material holding less chalk than a synthetic microfiber.

With most leather options you will find heavy sweat sessions will cause your leather grips to get bent out of shape. With genuine leather grips your sweat will be absorbed well enough, but this also causes unwanted stretch and deformation of the material.

The Answer?

Synthetic Microfiber.

Built from tough synthetic dual layer microfiber.

Our Panther Grips in particular also have a perforated top layer that catches extra chalk and increases durability by giving the material a bit of give rather than tearing prematurely.

This type of grip will retain its shape far longer than its leather counter parts, and will keep your sweaty palms under control far easier than similar carbon coated grip variants.

It really is a no brainer, if you sweat a sh*t ton then this style of grip will be your new best friend. On the other hand if you don't sweat a shit ton then what the hell are you still reading this for!

Also remember, we train to get better right? not to shortcut by using the stickiest grip you can find...
