Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $5.00.

Estimated delivery times* during normal work hours, Monday-Friday once your order is dispatched:

New Plymouth - overnight delivery
North Island - 1-2 days 
South Island - 1-2 days (2 days for larger parcels) 
Rural addresses - will take longer than the above stated timeframes 

Neither New Zealand Post nor Sugar Training is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery.

If you make a purchase during one of our sales or over holiday periods, firstly thank you! Please understand, due to high demand it is highly likely there will be dispatch delays of 2-3 working days + shipping time.

We offer shipping to anywhere in the world, please select international shipping at checkout.

Warranty

We offer a 3 month warranty on all of our products, where the product fails under normal use conditions. This may include holes, rips or compromises to structural integrity. 

In the case of the stated above damage the product will be replaced

Pictures must be provided by the customer if claiming damage of the product, this will then be assessed by the development team to whether or not the customer is eligible for an exchange or improper use of the product has occurred. 

For damages to grips a price refund is not eligible due to the wear and tear and natural damage that occurs. 

 

Returns 

We do not accept exchanges and/or returns after 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error . 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

The cost of returns postage will not be covered

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Refunds can only be applied to products that have not been used and in original resell-able condition. If your product is damaged by wear you are eligible for a free replacement within the warranty window. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sugartrainingnz@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-receipt of goods refund

We can only offer a refund for goods that have been sent with "tracked" shipping service. If for such service order has not been delivered within 30 business days we cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for loss or non-delivery of orders that have been purchased with "standard" (untracked) shipping service. In an event this occurs we are able to only provide replacement to be sent, not a refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sugartrainingnz@gmail.com
